Project 3: Character Modeling The character model I decided to is  Mike Wazowski from Monster Inc. Sketchfab:  https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/project-3-character-modelling-509e662a78274f578fb2eedb587524b9 Reference Photo 1) Front facing model sheet 2) Front-facing, back-view and side facing of model Below shows the process of how I made the model. Modelling Phase I begin by modelling the basic shape of the head with a sphere and then readjusting the shape by scaling the vertices with loop cut. I used a knife to cut a circular shape in the middle of the head and then removing the faces for the eyeball. I also extruded the mouth inwards to make the shape more hollow. Figure 1: Modelling the head Then I added a small detail around the eye socket by extruding the shape outwards and beveled the edges so it looks more rounder. I added multiple loop cuts to redefine the eye bag so the edge looks sharper. Figure 2: Adding head details I added faces into the missing hole of the eye so...

Project 2: Theme Scene-Based Modeling The theme scene-based model I decided to is Sci-Fi. Sketchfab:  https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/project-2-scene-based-modelling-1548f30dd4c14af8ac68b2cf1f0e000e Reference Photo Below shows the process of how I made the model. Blocking Phase In Figure 1, the first step of the project is by adding the basic shapes. I added a few cubes and plane. The floor was separated by multiple loop cuts to make the gridded shape floor. Figure 1: Added mesh objects  Figure 2 shows how I beveled the cube objects and then applying the boolean modifier as difference to cut out the door entrance of the cube object.  Figure 2: Beveled shapes and Boolean modifier As I noticed from the previous photo the shapes of the overall look is too big compared to the reference photo so I resized the floor to become smaller and then objects to become bigger and taller. I also loop cut the door to add the lining around the door and loop cut the top half of the other do...

Project 1: Hard Surface Modeling The hard surface model I decided to do is  Knife. Sketchfab:  https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/project-1-hard-surface-modelling-c1b94042fc7f4a33b58b304b9a5839f8 Reference Photo Below shows the process of how I made the model. Modeling Phase In Figure 1, I used a mesh circle and extrude shape to follow the reference model behind it  Figure 1 I then loop cut 5 times in the middle of the handle and bringing the middle edges of each one inwards to give more definition towards the handle Figure 2 I beveled each of the edges to give a more rounded shape and deleted the 3 top vertices on top of the handle to add in the slanted part of the handle and use loop tools add-on to flatten the surface Figure 3 I changed the material to red and filled in the top and bottom of the holes of the handle by simply adding faces by clicking 'F' Figure 4 I deleted the bottom faces of the handle and extruded them to add in the tank  Figure 5 Proceeding ...
